Program Overview:

MTO - Sales & Marketing Program is designed for fresh graduates eager to build a career in fintech through hands-on exposure to sales, client on-boarding, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Assist in client onboarding and user support
• Conduct outreach via calls and emails
• Support proposals, presentations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding
• Identify and resolve basic user challenges

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/Marketing preferred)
• Fresh grads or up to 1 year experience
• Minimum 6 months internship preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Interest in sales, marketing, or technolgy.
