We're Hiring: Full-Time Restaurant Manager – The Bhukkad Cafe

Location: Festival Plaza Mall, Jebel Ali

Salary Range: AED 3,000 – 7,000 per month (based on experience and sales target achievement)
Incentives: Monthly performance-based bonuses
Bonus: Additional allowance for candidates with a valid UAE Driving License
Meals: Duty meals included (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)

About the Role:

The Bhukkad Cafe, a vibrant and fast-growing street food & shisha café in Festival Plaza, is hiring a skilled and responsible Restaurant Manager to take complete ownership of daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who can manage people, systems, and performance — and wants to grow in a professional and energetic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complete restaurant and shisha operations
• Lead and supervise front-of-house staff: hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating
• Ensure consistent recipe quality and timely service
• Handle customer service, resolve complaints, and engage with guests
• Plan and execute catering orders with coordination across departments
• Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and manage vendor relationships
• Create weekly rosters, set and track staff incentives
• Handle cash control, POS entries, and maintain accounts
• Enforce hygiene and food safety standards
• Support marketing activities and in-house promotions (if experienced)
• Participate in budget planning and strategic cost control

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in restaurant management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Fluent in English (Arabic or Hindi is a plus)
• Knowledge of POS systems, stock tracking, and reporting
• Shisha management experience is an added advantage
• UAE Driving License holders will receive a bonus allowance
