Job Responsibilities: -

· Bank Reconciliation & Cash Management:

o Monitor and manage daily bank balances, ensuring sufficient funds for operating expenses.

o Perform daily/monthly bank reconciliations for all company accounts.

o Oversee cash handling procedures (patient billing, IPD/OPD collections) and daily cash deposits.

· Fund Management & Treasury:

o Manage working capital requirements, including monitoring overdraft facilities.

o Prepare and analyse daily/weekly cash flow reports.

o Liaise with bank officials for day-to-day operations and credit facilities.

· Payments & Operations:

o Oversee Accounts Payable (AP) functions, including Vendor Payments and Employee/Doctor reimbursement transfers.

o Manage bank payment processes, including NEFT, RTGS, and cheque issuance.

· Compliance & Audit:

o Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (TDS, EPF, ESI, GST payments).

o Support internal and external audits by providing bank-related documentation.

· Relationship Management:

o Maintain relationships with bank partners and manage transaction banking services

Experience in healthcare industry is mandatory.
