Manager Accounts

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to lead our accounting team and manage all financial operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, and expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts.
• Oversee financial reporting and Accounts Reconciliation.
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
• Manage Day to Day Accounting Activities.
• Manage tax filings, audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 4-6 years of experience in accounting, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.
• CPA, ACCA, or similar certification is a plus.

Location: Surjani Town, Karachi (candidates nearby will be preferred).
