Manager Accounts and Finance

As a Manager of Finance & Accounts, you will support in overseeing various aspects of financial management and reporting within our organization. You will assist in ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data while providing support in strategic financial guidance to key stakeholders.

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Support the development and implementation of financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in conducting financial analysis and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Define and develop the financial accounting system including the chart of account and accounts codes
  • Supervise the activities of data collection and recording.
  • CO – ordinate with the client for payments against invoices.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Support compliance efforts with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Assist in coordinating with regulatory authorities as needed to support audit processes and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
  • Sound Knowledge of BRS and party ledger reconciliation should have a complete exposure of handling the accounts and finance team of at least 10 members.
  • Prepares tax records, reports and other related materials in compliance with tax

laws and regulations.

Qualifications

  • CA Inter after articles with 1-2 year industry Experience is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and compliance
