Job description – Manager, Accounts & Finance
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning, Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and present accurate monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Provide timely, reliable financial data and analysis for strategic decision-making and planning.
- Create financial models and forecasts that support multi-scenario planning and agile business decisions.
- Compute P&L impact and cash flow analysis for large deals and strategic investments.
- Predict financial implications of decisions such as new deals, license renewals, or product investments.
- Track and report realization rates per customer and return on capital employed (ROCE).
- Monitor line of business investments and assess profitability.
- Identify and report variances to forecast, budget, and prior year performance.
Strategic Finance & Business Partnership
- Provide actionable financial advice and insights.
- Work closely with the finance team and business units to define and review metrics, KPIs, and business goals.
- Prepare presentations and business cases with thoughtful analysis and clear decision framing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on corporate initiatives and projects affecting the entire organization.
- Lead efforts to identify business challenges and proactively recommend data-driven solutions.
Operational Finance & Audit
- Independently prepare company financials in compliance with applicable standards.
- Manage and lead the audit process with internal and external auditors.
- Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reconciliation of accounts.
Requirements:
- Charted Accountant/MBA degree and more than 2 years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area or Inter CA with a minimum of 4 yrs experience post internship.
- General knowledge of accounting / financial / operational principles
- Experience developing financial reports and metrics
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture
- Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated ability to drive projects across an organization

Pay: ₹16,523.04 - ₹60,443.52 per month
