Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manager of Finance and Accounts to oversee our financial operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, accounting, and the construction or real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital effectively.
• Liaise with auditors and tax consultants to ensure compliance and resolve issues.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and control.
• Collaborate with project managers to track project budgets and expenses.
• Provide guidance and training to junior finance staff.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified or semi-qualified with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the infrastructure or real estate sector.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
