Job Summary:
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for leading the complete HR function, including Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Operations, Performance Management, Policies & Compliance, and Employee Retention. The role requires strategic planning as well as hands-on execution to ensure the organization attracts, hires, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining a disciplined and performance-driven culture.
Key Objectives:
- Build and execute a strong talent acquisition and employer branding strategy
- Ensure timely hiring aligned with business growth plans
- Implement effective HR systems, SOPs, and KPIs
- Improve employee retention, engagement, and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Core Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding:
- Investigate and analyze manpower needs in coordination with Department Heads
- Develop and implement sustainable talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
- Forecast hiring needs and prepare manpower & hiring plans
- Source, screen, interview, and hire candidates for all departments
- Design and execute selection processes, including interviews, screening calls, and assessments
- Use HRIS, ATS, recruitment marketing tools, job portals, and social media platforms
- Plan and manage employee referral programs
- Strengthen employer branding activities and encourage employees to act as brand ambassadors
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the recruitment process
- Handle hard-to-fill roles using advanced sourcing methods
- Participate in career fairs, job expos, and campus hiring activities
HR Operations & Administration:
- Maintain complete employee personal files (joining documents, warnings, evaluations, confirmations)
- Ensure attendance, leave, punctuality, and discipline management
- Coordinate monthly attendance and payroll data with the Finance Department
- Manage employee confirmation, increments, promotions, and transfers
- Conduct exit interviews and oversee final settlements
Policies, SOPs & Compliance:
- Develop, implement, and update HR Policies, SOPs, and Employee Handbook
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies across all departments
- Maintain and update organizational charts and employee directories
- Investigate employee grievances, misconduct, or conflicts and bring them to resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations
Performance Management & KPIs:
- Design and implement performance appraisal systems
- Define and monitor HR & recruitment KPIs
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reviews
- Support management with HR analytics and performance reports
- Assist in linking performance with increments, confirmations, and promotions
Training, Development & Retention:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
- Design and plan sales and soft skills training aligned with business objectives
- Conduct candidate and employee satisfaction evaluations
- Suggest and implement employee retention strategies
- Improve candidate experience and onboarding processes
Leadership & Reporting:
- Lead, supervise, and guide HR & recruitment team members
- Provide monthly HR & departmental performance reports to Management
- Act as a strategic HR partner to senior management
- Perform any other task assigned by Management or HOD

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (16 Years Education) in HRM, Business Administration, or related field
- 5–6+ years of experience in HR Management / Talent Acquisition leadership role
- Strong expertise in full-cycle recruiting & employer branding
- Hands-on experience with HRIS, ATS, job portals, social media hiring
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, SOPs, labor laws, and organizational structures
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to motivate teams and take ownership of HR outcomes

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
