Job Summary:
Al Mustafa Hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager Administration & Human Resources to oversee hospital administration and HR operations. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the healthcare/hospital sector and possess strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day hospital administrative operations.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with department heads to address staffing and operational needs.
- Manage vendor contracts, facility administration, and support services.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Administration & HR, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and hospital administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
