Manager - Alliances & Partnerships (For Emiratization)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify market opportunities for the Bank and highlight to the supervisor.
  • Build the partnerships and benefits platform for DIB cards and continuously enrich the same through new additions.
  • Lead as the 'Hunter' of deals/offers for the cards products and create a platform of DIB being the first to strike partnership deals.
  • Implement competitive activities while ensuring that there exists a plan within for DIB to maintain competitive advantage on the partnerships offering.
  • Create partnership on both conventional as well as digital / ecommerce merchants for delivering value to our card members through partnerships of daily relevance. • Segment and focus on partnerships with intent to grow spends, easy payment plans, create new customer engagement opportunities.
  • Implement Brand and Product placements at 'Point of Sale' to drive the objective of high product & brand recall for DIB.
  • Launch regular exclusive events offering unmatched deals/offers for DIB card members.
  • Liaise closely with marketing and cross functional stake holders to deliver timely and accurate customer communication.
  • Act as the owner of the benefits and offers content / information at DIB touchpoints (Website, MB, IB, ATM, branches etc.) and ensure accuracy at all times.
  • Create, design and execute customer communications of offers to the card members in dual language.
  • Report the take up rates for each offer and make course correction where required.
  • Manage vendor onboarding, MIS reconciliation, invoicing & payments
  • Ensure compliance with the approved policies, procedures, SLAs and regulatory requirements to maintain quality standards and ensure risk mitigation
  • Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are executed within the approved policies, procedures and SLAs of the department.
  • All the above accountabilities includes but not limited to any additional/new tasks or responsibilities assigned by the line Manager.


Work Experience:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in cards and payments industry


Education:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree
