Support the execution of the brand’s overall marketing strategy and initiatives

Manage creative needs in partnership with internal teams and external creative agencies

Lead content development including blog articles, consumer newsletters, advertisements, and campaign assets Oversee the brand’s luxury marketing program, ensuring alignment with brand standards and goals

Serve as a key liaison with our strategic partner, People Inc., to maximize partnership opportunities

Collaborate closely with the Brand Social Specialist and Field Marketing Director to ensure cohesive messaging and execution

Comfortable creating marketing assets using tools like Photoshop, Canva, and Adobe Creative Suite

Embrace and implement AI tools and platforms to drive marketing efficiency and innovation

Ensure all marketing efforts align with brand standards and contribute to campaign success

Manage vendor relationships for print, digital, content and other products

Handle contract management and invoicing for marketing-related vendors and initiatives


Your background includes:


Proven experience in brand marketing, campaign development, and creative execution

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Experience working with creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Canva; video editing skills a plus

Familiarity with AI platforms and tools for marketing applications

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to cross-functional teams

Knowledge of brand standards and how to apply them across marketing channels


Qualifications:


Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

5–7 years of experience in brand marketing or a related discipline

Portfolio or examples of past marketing campaigns and creative work preferred
