Manager - Business Development

We are hiring an experienced Sales & BD Manager to acquire and grow brand partnerships across industries such as D2C, healthcare, BFSI, real estate, and lifestyle. You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, client acquisition, and revenue generation with support from IIN’s integrated CRM system and sales automation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify and convert new B2B leads from LinkedIn, referrals, and CRM outreach funnel

● Pitch influencer marketing campaigns to brand managers and decision-makers across sectors

● Work closely with the Pre-Sales team to deliver customized proposals and close deals

● Update lead funnel, stage progress, and sales conversations within the IIN CRM

● Build long-term relationships with clients and unlock repeat and referral business

● Collaborate with Campaign Managers for seamless campaign handovers and execution

Incentives: Fixed Pay + Revenue-Based Commission + Repeat Campaign Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
