Manager - Business Development

Bliss World Wide is a leading Travel and Tourism company specialising in MICE, corporate travel, leisure tours, and event management. With a focus on delivering exceptional travel experiences and creative event solutions, we are expanding our presence and looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and strategic partnerships.

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in both travel and MICE sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert opportunities into revenue.

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company sales goals.
• Identify and pursue new corporate and MICE clients through networking, research, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and vendors.
• Present and promote Bliss Worldwide’s travel and event solutions to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new growth opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
• Participate in trade fairs, events, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
• at least 2 years in sales or business development Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Candidates from Kerala are preferred, as the position is based in Kochi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
