Manager Business Development

We are seeking an experienced Manager Business Development for our Karachi office

Qualification / Experience:

• Technical/MBA qualification with Sales/BD experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in sales/BD.
• Experience with biometric devices and POS in banking and corporate sectors.
• Experience in multinational/local companies, especially in the above sectors, is a significant advantage.
• Strong technical understanding of network and software requirements based on STC profile.

Job Responsibilities:

• Capture the Karachi market for STC products.
• Execute turnkey projects, including sales/BD, pre-sales, finance, payments, project execution, and follow-ups.
• Meet aggressive targets within defined timelines.
• Perform effectively on short notice.
• Engage continuously with customers for existing and new opportunities.
• Maintain close coordination between STC and customers for all matters.
• Generate sales and conduct technical evaluations and discussions with customers.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations.
• Gather and analyze competitor information.
• Conduct field/site visits and generate product comparisons.
• Manage the release of payments and financial collaterals.
• Provide after-sales support management.
• Oversee deliveries at customer offices.
• Handle all related tasks independently in Karachi.
