Manager Business Development & Supply Chain

We are looking for a vibrant and energetic Manager – Business Development & Supply Chain to join our team at Novaplast Custom Molders, a leading auto parts manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient supply chain SOPs, while also driving new business opportunities in the B2B sector, building long-term relationships with OEMs, distributors, and corporate clients, and identifying new business opportunities within the auto parts industry. This role requires someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent networking abilities, and prior industry experience, ensuring alignment with the fast-paced and competitive automotive market.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve growth in the auto parts manufacturing sector.
• Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities with automotive OEMs, suppliers, and industrial clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat and long-term business.
• Prepare and deliver professional business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets through proactive business development efforts.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Supply Chain SOPs to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory, and vendor management to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain and business development goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth areas.
• Ensure timely reporting and analysis of supply chain and sales performance.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

• Proven experience in supply chain management and business development (B2B preferred).
• Proven experience in B2B business development (experience in auto parts or manufacturing sector strongly preferred).
