Manager – Capacity Building & International Delegate Engagement and Enrolment

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented professional to manage international delegate engagement and enrolment for our executive training programmes and capacity-building initiatives.

This role focuses on building relationships and engaging with potential delegates from around the world by connecting with financial institutions, regulators, corporate bodies, and academic partners in key markets. The candidate will play a vital role in ensuring delegate numbers, diversity, and profiles align with the global positioning of our programs International exposure will be preferred for this position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement international delegate engagement and enrolment strategies for capacity-building programmes.
  • Identify, approach, and convert leads from financial institutions, regulatory bodies, corporations, and academic partners across the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and other global regions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR departments, L&D units, and senior leadership of target institutions.
  • Secure nominations and enrolments of delegates by presenting programs value propositions persuasively.
  • Represent the organization through webinars, presentations, and direct communication with institutions.
  • Utilize alumni networks, past participants, and strategic partners for referral-based engagement.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and share regular updates on confirmed, pending, and potential leads.
  • Work closely with marketing and administration teams for outreach materials, documentation, and delegate onboarding.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.

  • 5–7 years of experience in business development, international marketing, or institutional enrolment (training, education, or professional development sector experience preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Prior international exposure or experience engaging with global stakeholders is preferred.
  • Familiarity with finance markets is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn, CRM systems, and professional email communication.
  • Ability to confidently engage with executives and decision-makers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
