Manager (Carpentry + Interior Design)

Al Kshaab is a growing startup specialized in fit-out, interior design, and integration, and we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager to join our team.

As a startup, we are seeking someone who can do more than oversee daily operations — we need a leader who will develop and grow the company, build systems and processes, and help us scale sustainably while maintaining creativity and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to deliver innovative fit-out and interior design solutions.
• Establish and refine operational systems and processes to support company growth.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and client relationships with professionalism.
• Contribute strategically to shaping the vision and future of the company.

Requirements:

• Proven experience, ideally in a startup, fit-out, or design-related industry.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
