BizWave Consultancy is a fast-growing consultancy supporting real estate development projects across the UAE. We work closely with developers to strengthen financial performance, operational efficiency, and customer engagement. We are seeking a highly experienced Head of Collections to lead and optimize receivables and recovery operations across multiple development projects.

About the Role

The Head of Collections will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all collection activities for assigned development projects. This role is critical in ensuring timely payment recovery, strong cash flow, and effective coordination with internal teams and clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Operational Management

• Develop and implement collection strategies aligned with project timelines and financial objectives
• Lead the collections team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual recovery targets
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure effective payment follow-ups
• Monitor outstanding receivables and prioritize high-value accounts

Customer Relationship & Communication

• Maintain professional relationships with clients to ensure timely payment collection
• Handle escalated cases related to payment disputes, project delays, or contractual clarifications
• Clearly communicate payment schedules, payment plans, and outstanding dues

Data, Reporting & Analysis

• Monitor and analyze collection performance through reports and dashboards
• Provide regular updates to senior management on recovery trends, risks, and key accounts
• Maintain accurate databases of receivables, client payment history, and outstanding balances

Team Leadership

• Manage, mentor, and develop collection officers, coordinators, and recovery agents
• Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions
• Set KPIs and track departmental performance

Policy, Compliance & Legal Coordination

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory compliance
• Coordinate with the legal team for defaulter cases and dispute resolution
• Recommend policy enhancements to strengthen the collection framework

Process Improvement

• Identify process gaps and recommend automation or system improvements
• Introduce customer-friendly payment solutions and digital payment systems

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in collections, receivables management, or credit control
• Proven experience in the UAE real estate or development sector in a similar role
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Knowledge of UAE regulations and collection best practices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
