Job Title: Accounts Receivable & Taxation Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable & Taxation professional to manage and supervise our finance functions for Retail, Key Accounts, and Distribution segments. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, optimize processes, and support the CFO in overall finance management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise Sales & Receivables across retail, key accounts, and distribution.
• Oversee Payables, Treasury, and Taxation functions.
• Implement and monitor POS systems for retail outlets.
• Supervise retail audits and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and support the Finance teams for effectiveness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams to streamline processes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Assist in preparation of Monthly & Yearly Financial Statements.
• Support the CFO in managing the overall Finance Department.

Qualifications & Experience:

• ACCA/ICMAP Qualified or Finalist (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable and Taxation, preferably in Retail, FMCG, Pharmaceutical, or Food Industry
• Strong knowledge of receivables, payables, taxation, treasury, and POS systems

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
