Overview

The Content Manager will be responsible for creating, managing and executing social media content strategies for our clients in a digital, social media & creative scope. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms and the latest social media trends, as well as excellent copywriting skills.

Responsibilities

Technical & Product

  • Develop and implement social media content strategies and campaigns for clients.
  • Expert writing and editing skills for various platforms and formats
  • EN and AR Translation skills and good knowledge and command of both
  • Knowledge in storytelling and communication narratives
  • Content and publishing calendar creation
  • Write and edit high-quality social media content, including posts, captions, and blogs.
  • Collaborate with creative teams and account managers to ensure brand consistency and client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
  • Monitor industry social media activity

Business Acumen & Operational Efficiency

  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to understand client needs and objectives
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding project goals and targets
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

Innovative & Analytical Mindset

  • Creative and innovative approach to social media content creation
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform content strategy
  • Ability to think critically and solve problems

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, preferably in an agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
