Let's give you a quick sneak peek into the life of a Manager Continual Improvement


As a Manager Continual Improvement, you will be responsible for developing, enforcing and evaluating food safety and quality policies to improve overall systems across the Company. You will also manage systems Certification & Registration as per international guidelines.


Things you will be doing as a Manager Continual Improvement


  • Maintain Product Licensing & Facility Registration through Federal & Statutory Authorities
  • Scheduling of Internal & External audits like QMS 9001, FSSC 22000, BRCGS, HALAL and others
  • Maintain Accreditation Compliance against ISO/IEC 17025
  • Conduct Internal & External communication with concerns regarding Quality & Food Safety audit reports and other gap analysis reports for closure
  • Ensure the Integrated Management System is implemented & maintained
  • Gauge the health of the System through yearly review of Risk / Vulnerability & Threat Assessment, HACCP, Traceability with QA & FS team
  • Maintain a centralized system for Document data control
  • Communicate periodic assessments to Top Management on the effectiveness of Systems & Compliance
  • Selection of competent team members for Food Safety with continual upgradation of obligatory standards
  • Maintain Halal Supply chain through verification of Source & Ingredients via applicable authorities
  • Product Registration through Halal CB
  • Improve & Sustain Quality & Food Safety Culture
  • Effectively execute the Management of Change protocol of any new or change in Infrastructure, Plant/Machinery, process flow, or practices etc.
  • Provide support to the HSE team through Hazards & PI identification, along with the mitigation plan of the respective area
  • Coordinate with peers and heads of units (Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, HR & Administration)


What are we looking for in you?

  • MSC in Food Science or Chemistry / Food or Chemical Engineer
  • 6-8 years of experience in a system and compliance role
  • Strong command over food safety & hygiene standards with auditing and training skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Stakeholder management
  • Communication skills
