Manager - Contracts

Job Summary

The role will be responsible for managing, reviewing, and administering all contractual matters to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and commercial objectives. The role supports operational efficiency by mitigating contractual risks and ensuring effective contract execution.

Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development, review, negotiation, and management of contracts with clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams on contract-related matters.
  • Monitor contract performance, obligations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Manage contract variations, claims, renewals, and dispute resolution.
  • Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
  • Provide guidance and advice to stakeholders on contract interpretation and compliance.
  • Support audits and internal reviews related to contracts.
  • Develop and improve contract management processes and best practices.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills

Essential Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field

Desirable Qualification: Master's degree

Work Experience: Minimum 4-5 of experience in contract management or a similar role, Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management, Experience in managing high-value or complex contracts is preferred.
