HRCONSOL is Hiring | Manager-Customer Care Service

We are hiring for a leading Skin Care & Food Supplement Company based in DHA Phase VI, Karachi.

Duty Timings: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Days: Monday to Friday

Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 150,000

Location: DHA Phase VI, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day operations of the customer service team

- Communicate empathetically with customers, resolving inquiries, issues, and complaints

- Provide product expertise and personalized skincare advice

- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to drive improvements

- Train and develop team members to ensure top-notch service delivery

- Maintain a customer-focused and solution-oriented approach

- Guide and motivate the team to achieve service excellence

Qualification:

- Graduate/Master’s from a reputable university/college

Experience:

- 3–5 years of experience in Customer Service

- Preference for candidates from Skincare, Beauty Products, or Food Supplements industries
