Manager Customer Success

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for our IT/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products while strengthening long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support
  • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor client health, usage metrics, and engagement to proactively address issues
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns
  • Develop strategies for client retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Advocate customer needs internally to drive product improvements
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Create and maintain documentation, guides, and best practices for customers

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in IT/SaaS companies
  • Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise IT solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proven track record of customer retention, upsell, or account growth
  • Familiarity with CRM and CSM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and metrics
  • Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environmen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
