Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth for our IT/SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our products while strengthening long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders
- Monitor client health, usage metrics, and engagement to proactively address issues
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to resolve customer concerns
- Develop strategies for client retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews and provide actionable insights to clients
- Advocate customer needs internally to drive product improvements
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
- Create and maintain documentation, guides, and best practices for customers
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services in IT/SaaS companies
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise IT solutions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of customer retention, upsell, or account growth
- Familiarity with CRM and CSM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Gainsight)
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret usage data and metrics
- Problem-solving attitude with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environmen

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
