The Global Accounts Receivables team is a part of the Enterprise Platforms Center of Excellence (COE). The team plays a key role in the development of New Card Products, Benefit Programs, Lending and Commerce initiatives that help grow revenue, deepen customer engagement and increase member value. Core to our purpose is reimagining the platform solution-delivery model to dramatically improve our strategic agility, speed to market, effectiveness of delivery and transparency.

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team! We are in charge of the core engine that delivers enhancements to customer journeys associated with transaction posting, billing, payments and other crucial Accounts Receivables capabilities.

How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Discover required platform capabilities to adequately support Consumer and SBS Card products

  • Translate complex business logic into well-defined and easy to understand requirements on a shared backlog

  • Question the “why” of existing business processes on legacy platforms to ensure correct alignment of functions with the correct domains

  • Leverage data to enhance platform capability prioritisation decisions

  • Translate software product roadmap into minimum viable product iterations, to improve time to market, reduce operational risk, and create business value.

  • Partner with Consumer business stakeholders to market adoption of platform capabilities

  • Collaborate with Global Accounts Receivable product colleagues to deliver global platform capabilities

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) preferred.
  • Demonstrated work experience on credit card or related financial services industry is preferred
  • 3+ years experience in Product Management (or business analysis) with consistent track record in defining winning product constructs and delivering a product vision and strategy
  • High degree of software development lifecycle, Scrum, Agile, BDD, Scaled Agile Framework and principles
  • Previous knowledge and experience with delivering at scale are a valuable asset
  • Familiarity with one or more modern programming languages and software architecture patterns preferred
