Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Roadmap
- Identify technology trends and evolving public sector digital governance frameworks relevant to SEDF
- Develop and implement a comprehensive digital transformation strategy aligned with SEDF’s objectives
and Sindh Government’s policies on economic development and digitalization
2. Process Automation & Optimization
- Lead the digitization of key processes, such as grant applications, SMEs funding disbursements, and performance tracking, M&E systems, reduce manual intervention and improve transparency
- Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency in SEDF’s interactions with SMEs, government bodies, and partners
3. Cybersecurity & Data Governance
- Implement data protection, privacy, and cybersecurity measures in compliance with relevant public sector standards
- Establish protocols for secure data storage, access, and disaster recovery
4. Capacity Building & Change Management
- Lead change management initiatives, training programs, and stakeholder engagement for smooth adoption of digital tools
- Conduct training programs for SEDF staff and supported enterprises on digital tools, focusing on accessibility in Sindh’s diverse regions
5. Project Management & Innovation
- Oversee digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and alignment with public sector procurement rules
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Liaise with Sindh Government IT department and private sector tech providers to secure partnerships
and resources
- Prepare reports and dashboards to inform executive management and the Board on digital transformation progress

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs275,000.00 per month
