Job Purpose
The Digital Transformation Manager is responsible for leading and governing the industrial digitalization agenda across all manufacturing sites and farms. The role drives the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies, advanced analytics, connected worker solutions, and energy optimization to deliver sustainable improvements in efficiency, quality, cost, and agility.
He / She acts as the bridge between Operations, and IT to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions, ensuring standardization across plants while addressing site-specific priorities. The role owns value realization from digital investments and builds organizational capability to embed data-driven ways of working in alignment with Juhayna strategic objectives.
What You Will Do In Your Role

Develop and maintain the supply digital manufacturing roadmap aligned with Industrial Engineering strategy, and sites priorities.

Establish multi-site digital governance, standards, data models, and OT/IT integration principles to ensure scalable and secure deployments.

Lead implementation of digital platforms including MES, analytics, connected worker, maintenance, quality, and energy management systems.

Ensure seamless integration between shop-floor automation, SCADA, ERP, CMMS, quality systems, and supply chain platforms.

Standardize digital work instructions, electronic logbooks, downtime analytics, performance dashboards, and traceability across plants.

Drive paperless operations and automated data collection to enhance visibility and decision making.

Develop AI and advanced analytics use cases for predictive quality, smart scheduling, and loss elimination.

Lead digital energy management initiatives to optimize utilities consumption and reduce carbon footprint.

Support sustainability programs through real-time monitoring of water, steam, refrigeration, and waste performance.

Enable predictive maintenance and asset health monitoring to improve reliability and equipment lifecycle.

Digitalize Industrial Engineering methodologies for OEE management, capacity modeling, time-loss analysis, and de-bottlenecking.

Support Focused Improvement programs with data transparency and root cause analytics.

Identify and replicate best practices between sites to accelerate performance convergence.

Build a multi-site network of digital champions and lead capability building programs to enhance data literacy.

Manage change to ensure high adoption of digital tools on the shop floor and within support functions.

Own digital CAPEX planning, business case development, vendor management, and benefit realization tracking.

Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, quality, and cybersecurity requirements.

Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous system enhancements.
What You Will Bring To The Role
Academic and Professional Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Certifications in Digital Manufacturing, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, Data Analytics, or Energy Management are an advantage.
Experience
-
10–12 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial IT, or digital transformation roles.

Proven track record in leading multi-site Industry 4.0 initiatives, preferably in FMCG/food manufacturing.

Hands-on exposure to MES, automation / SCADA, analytics platforms, and ERP integration.

Strong background in operational excellence, process optimization, and project governance.

Knowledge of OT cybersecurity, and energy management practices is preferred.
