Join Kemira and play a key role in shaping the future of sustainable sourcing for the Americas. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Sourcing Manager to develop, optimize, and implement sourcing strategies for regional Direct Material categories that minimize total cost of ownership and commercial risk for resale and raw materials. You will lead contract negotiations, manage supplier performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a sustainable, cost-competitive supply for our customers and manufacturing plants.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop sourcing strategies and execution roadmaps for your category portfolio.
  • Analyze markets and supplier trends to inform sound sourcing decisions.
  • Lead supplier selection and contract negotiations; support make-or-buy decisions.
  • Manage, interpret, and evaluate contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and manage performance.
  • Provide expert market insights and commercial analysis.
  • Guide and influence others within your area of expertise by providing advice.
  • Support growth projects aligned with Kemira’s long-term strategy.

What you’ll bring to the team:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct material sourcing, commercial, or technical roles.
  • Proven leadership and change management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management abilities.
  • Track record of delivering cost savings and driving organizational change.
  • Candidates who don’t meet all requirements may be considered for a lower grade position in the same team.
