Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily warehouse activities: receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Ensure optimal space utilization and safe material handling practices.
- Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety standards.
- Manage warehouse staff, schedules, and productivity KPIs.
- Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and full inventory audits.
- Monitor inventory accuracy in ERP/WMS systems.
- Address stock discrepancies, damages, or loss through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Implement FIFO/FEFO practices where applicable.
- Plan and execute timely dispatches in coordination with transport partners or internal fleet.
- Monitor delivery timelines, routing efficiency, and shipment documentation.
- Ensure customer order fulfillment with minimal errors and delays.
- Track and resolve issues related to logistics, such as delays, transit damage, or shortages.
- Maintain documentation for audits, including stock reports, dispatch logs, and delivery proofs.
- Ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and company standards.
Requirements:
Qualification: Masters in Supply Chain.
Experience: 1-2 years of Distribution, Warehouse experience from a pharmaceutical industry.
