Role Overview:

The Manager ERP (Odoo) will lead the end-to-end implementation, customization, and support of Odoo ERP modules across business units. This role requires strong project management skills, functional knowledge of Odoo, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to ensure smooth ERP adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead full lifecycle Odoo ERP projects from initiation to closure.
• Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and stakeholder updates
• Analyze business processes, gather requirements, and map them to Odoo modules.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external Odoo consultants/developers.
• Oversee system customization, data migration, testing, and go-live activities.
• Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and provide end-user training.
• Monitor post-implementation support and continuous improvements.
• Ensure project risks are identified, tracked, and mitigated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• 5+ years of ERP project management experience (Odoo experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, CRM, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
