Bilal Switchgear Engineering Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in the electrical and switchgear industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the execution domain of our Turnkey Division. The ideal candidate will oversee multiple electrical infrastructure projects, ensuring successful execution, technical excellence, and timely delivery in line with company standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead and manage multiple turnkey projects from initiation of execution to completion.
- To develop and implement project execution strategies across multiple sites.
- To monitor project budgets and schedules, and control cost centers across all projects, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization.
- To lead the review and approval of technical execution plans for MV/LV/ELV systems, transformers, busways, earthing networks, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems; Ensuring quality, safety, and performance standards are consistently met across all project phases and seamless integration with electrical infrastructure.
- To oversee coordination between electrical and MEP disciplines to ensure design compatibility, resolve interface conflicts, and maintain project timelines and specifications.
- To implement and enforce safety, quality, and risk management standards.
- To lead, mentor, and evaluate Project Managers and cross-functional project teams.
- To coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Design, Supply Chain, Accounts, Human Capital & Culture Excellence (HC&CE)) and external MEP contractors for seamless project delivery.
- To develop and track project invoicing, profitability metrics, and cost center expenditures; monitor and ensure timely payment recovery as per agreed schedules to improve cash flow, maintain transparency, optimize resource utilization, and support strategic financial planning.
- To maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, MEP contractors, and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory), Masters in Project Management / Construction Management is an advantage.
- PMP Certification preferred.
- 10–15 years of experience in the electrical industry, including 5–8 years in project management of large-scale turnkey projects.
- Proven record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
- Deep understanding of electrical systems, construction practices, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation abilities.
Other Details:
- Travel Requirement: Up to 60% (as per business needs).
- Office Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Saturday).
