Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Manage accounts, general ledgers, payables, and receivables
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, taxation, and internal financial policies
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Handle payroll coordination, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth
• Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and cost controls

Requirements:

• Master’s in Finance / MBA (Finance) / ACCA
• 4–6 years of proven experience in finance management
• Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
