Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Manage accounts, general ledgers, payables, and receivables
- Ensure compliance with audit standards, taxation, and internal financial policies
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle payroll coordination, vendor payments, and bank reconciliations
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support organizational growth
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the finance team
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
- Monitor cash flow, expenditures, and cost controls
Requirements:
- Master’s in Finance / MBA (Finance) / ACCA
- 4–6 years of proven experience in finance management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
