Looking for Manager Finance based in DHA Phase 8 Lahore, Pakistan.
Job Description:
- Manage the company's accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve the company's financial goals.
- Overseeing the company's accounting and financial reporting functions, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll disbursement.
- Manage the company's treasury function, including cash management, investments, and debt financing.
- Manage the company's risk management function, including insurance, credit, and market risk.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to the CEO and other senior executives.
- Administer the company's financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure that the company complies with all applicable financial regulations.
- Ensure financial operations and documentation comply with the organization’s ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
- Support continual improvement initiatives and internal audits related to ISO by providing timely financial data, analysis, and resource planning.
- Manage and mentor finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure the organization maintains sufficient liquidity.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to enhance financial efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to support business objectives and drive financial performance.
- Liaise with external auditors and financial institutions as necessary.
- Adhere to safety and quality standards in all activities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree or professional certification).
Experience: 8+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting software.
- The Basic Financial Statements
- Budget Preparation

- Cash Versus Accrual Accounting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs250,000.00 per month
