JOB SUMMARY:
Our client, a rapidly expanding private property developer based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an experienced Manager Finance & Accounts at their Karachi office. This individual will oversee and manage the financial operations of real estate and property development projects within Karachi and UAE.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 10 years of leadership experience in finance and accounting with a background in real estate development, capital project financing, or investment structuring is preferred.

This is a strategic finance position requiring strong expertise in financial operations, regulatory compliance (IFRS, VAT, etc.), and cross-border coordination. Experience in joint venture structuring, financial planning & analysis, and supporting international operations is essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee all finance and accounting functions from the Karachi office, ensuring smooth coordination with the UAE head office.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls to support UAE operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies for large-scale real estate investments and capital projects.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE VAT, and corporate tax laws through accurate and timely financial records.
• Maintain relationships with auditors, banking partners, and financial advisors.
• Oversee cash flow management, variance analysis, and treasury planning for multi-phase property development projects.
• Support due diligence, financial modeling, and investment analysis for Joint Ventures (JVs), land acquisitions, and development deals.
• Collaborate with UAE-based legal, commercial, and project teams on high-value real estate transactions
• Lead internal audits and implement financial governance protocols aligned with company growth objectives.
• Provide strategic financial insights to UAE senior leadership.
• Stay updated on Karachi and UAE based real estate finance regulations and market trends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Qualification: CA or ACCA qualified (Required).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of leadership expereince in managing finance and accounting roles, with at least 5 years in a leading position.
• Proven experience in the real estate development sector, ideally with exposure to international operations or offshore support functions.
• Experience coordinating with UAE-based entities is highly valued; familiarity with DLD, RERA, and UAE tax regulations is a strong advantage.

Technical Proficiency:

• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and investment analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in ERP, and accounting systems implementation (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
• Advanced Excel skills and data analysis proficiency.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership capabilities and team-building experience.
• Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, capital-intensive environment.
