Position Overview

The Manager Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial, accounting, and statutory functions of the pharmaceutical company, ensuring financial integrity, regulatory compliance, effective cost control, and strategic financial planning to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

v Financial Operations & Reporting

v Taxation, Statutory and Regulatory Compliance.

v Cash Flow & Funds Management.

v Inventory Control & Financial Governance.

v Identify financial and compliance risks.

v Annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes.

v Sales recovery, collections, and receivables follow-up.

v Financial evaluation of contracts, tenders, and commercial negotiations.

v Cross-Functional ERP Coordination.

v Foster collaboration between finance, SCM, production, sales, and Quality Operation teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• ACCA / ICMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, mandatory in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, costing, and financial controls.
• Experience in ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / other).
