Job Title: Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
Reports To: CFO Services Lead / Engagement Lead
Role Overview:
The Manager FP&A is responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and management reporting to support executive decision-making and business performance. This role requires strong analytical rigor, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.The Manager FP&A partners closely with Controllers, CFOs, and business leaders to support planning, performance management, and investor-grade financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain operating models, budgets, and rolling forecasts
Perform variance analysis versus budget, forecast, and prior periods
Develop cash flow forecasts and liquidity analyses
Support scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis for strategic decisions
Prepare monthly management reporting packages and KPI dashboards
Translate financial results into clear, executive-level narratives
Support board, investor, and lender reporting requirements
Assist with board decks, operating reviews, and strategic presentations
Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, channel, or business line
Support pricing, cost optimization, and margin improvement initiatives
Analyze unit economics and key business drivers
Support M&A-related analysis, diligence support, and integration planning as needed
Partner with accounting and finance teams to ensure alignment between actuals and forecasts
Work with operational and functional leaders to gather inputs and validate assumptions
Participate in finance reviews and leadership meetings
Proactively identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities
Build scalable, well-structured financial models in Excel and/or Google Sheets
Support FP&A system implementations and reporting automation
Improve forecasting accuracy, reporting cadence, and analytical rigor
Contribute to internal FP&A templates, standards, and best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
7+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, consulting, or investment banking
Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Exposure to accounting systems
Experience with BI and reporting tools
Experience supporting board or investor reporting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From Rs150,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
