Job Title: MANAGEMENT- FORECLOSURE LEGAL OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATION

Position Summary:

Hybrid position but may consider full remote.
Must have EXTENSIVE New York foreclosure process experience.
A leadership position within Legal Operations and Administration that plays a key role with the design of a “Best In Class” law firm with the highest levels of compliance, efficiency and achievement of both internal and external goals. Responsible for building and managing the day-to-day operations along with a heavy focus on improving systems, process, and staff. The manager will work closely with the firm’s senior management team to develop and achieve business and financial strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE EXPERIENCE RELATED TO THE COMPLETE FORECLOSURE PROCESS FOR NEW YORK
- Assist with building a BEST IN CLASS foreclosure operation.
- Facilitate hiring of additional legal specialist as needed.
- Lead technology initiatives relate to the firm's system utilized for the default servicing functions.
- Manage and perform oversight of daily operations including all stages of the legal process and client requirements
- Daily communications with staff to confirm production is completed timely and accurately and to plan for resource shortages when necessary
- Work closely with other internal areas that have a direct impact on the managers areas of responsibility
- Ensure continuous improvement of both internal (firm) and external (client) key performance indicators
- Provide clients with exceptional customer service
- Create and implement initiatives that improve performance, efficiency, quality of the operations, reduction in costs and increase in revenue
- Performance monitoring/QA of both processes and staff
- Strengthen the organization by performing ongoing professional development of staff via mentoring, motivating, coaching, training and rewarding
- Develop best-in-class practices that continuously enhance the client experience and drive business objectives
- Swiftly identify cause and cure of any negative performance trends
- Facilitate client calls to review performance, trends and improvement suggestions in a collaborative manner that allows for an ongoing strong partnership and a continued future of shared success
- Prepare and present presentations related to areas of responsibility to both internal and external audiences
- Review, monitor, track and update SOPs for all positions as/when necessary
- Attend and contribute to management meetings
- Collaborate with team, peers and management to drive improvements and steps necessary to achieve strategic plans
- Travel if/when appropriate
- Client and potential client visits; prepare, present and attend
- Employee reviews; prepare, present and attend
- Ongoing recruiting efforts to drive strengthening of org structure and confirmation of ample staffing at all times
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring of goals and key drivers and take necessary employee corrective action when controllable defects discovered
Essential Functions and/or Working Conditions:
- Stationary position: must be able to remain in a stationary position for 85-100% of the time.
- Operation of computer: must be able to constantly operates a computer for 85-100% of the time.
- Communicate with peers and/or clients: the ability to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand, must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations via verbal and/or written communication,
- Transport: regularly have the ability to transport documents, files, and/or other client items weighing up to 5 pounds across office for various needs
- Indoor environment: must have the ability to work in an office in a socially distant setting
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state, and local standards
- Must travel when necessary
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
