Job Opportunity — Manager (FTTH Operations)

Locations: Faisalabad
Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 120,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage FTTH field teams to ensure timely and high-quality deployment.
• Monitor and improve quality standards across all FTTH installations and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with planning, deployment, and vendor teams to ensure project timelines and SLAs are achieved.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex fiber-related issues escalated from field staff.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational guidelines during deployment and maintenance.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain documentation, and track KPIs for FTTH operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

Skills:

• Strong FTTH technical knowledge (fiber splicing, OLT/ONT, troubleshooting).

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education (Electrical/Electronics/Telecom).
• 5–7 years FTTH experience (Quality, Deployment, Field).
• Strong leadership & project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
