The Role

We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Manager to spearhead the launch and daily operations of the DevShine Institute. You will be the "CEO of the Institute," responsible for taking it from a launch phase to a fully functional, profitable business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch Management: Oversee the end-to-end launch of the Institute, including curriculum scheduling, facility setup, and enrollment systems.
• Business Development: Identify and secure partnerships with universities, tech hubs, and corporate clients for B2B training.
• Student Recruitment: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to hit enrollment targets.
• Operations & Budgeting: Manage the P&L (Profit and Loss) of the Institute, ensuring resources are used efficiently and growth is sustainable.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with DevShine’s senior developers to ensure the curriculum stays updated with modern tech (RAG, AI, etc.).
• Student Experience: Ensure high satisfaction and successful placement/certification for every student who joins our program.

Requirements

• Experience: 3–5 years in business management, operations, or as a "Founder's Associate." Experience in the EdTech or Training Institute sector is a massive advantage.
• Launch Mindset: You are comfortable with ambiguity and enjoy building processes from scratch.
• Sales & Marketing Savvy: You know how to pitch educational programs and close deals.
• Leadership: Ability to manage a small team of administrative and marketing staff as the Institute grows.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
• Onsite Commitment: This is an onsite role focused on building a local community and presence.
