Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Care Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our home healthcare services. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Nursing with clinical experience, strong leadership and administrative skills, and excellent communication abilities. This role is vital to maintaining high standards of care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a compassionate, client-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of home healthcare services.
• Supervise and support nursing and caregiving staff working in home care.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, health, and safety regulations.
• Develop assessment and care plans; monitor daily service delivery to clients.
• Build partnerships and liaise with doctors, hospitals, families, and external healthcare providers.
• Conduct regular audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Handle documentation, reporting, and demonstrate proficiency in MS Office.
• Provide training, mentorship, and professional development for care staff.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing), GNM, or other medical degree.
• Proven experience in clinical practice, healthcare management, and administration.
• Strong understanding of community healthcare and aged care.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be locally available in Thiruvalla or willing to relocate.
• Willing to travel inside and outside districts and available 24/7 as required for operational needs.

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
