Position Overview:
The Manager – HR Generalist (Corporate) will be responsible for overseeing and driving the full range of HR activities across the organization at a strategic and operational level. This role focuses on aligning HR initiatives with business goals, managing corporate HR functions, supporting plant HR operations, and ensuring a cohesive people strategy that enhances organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:1. Strategic HR Planning
· Partner with senior management to design and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Lead workforce planning, organization restructuring, and talent pipeline development.
· Contribute to long-term HR planning, including succession management and leadership development.
2. Talent Acquisition & Retention
· Oversee end-to-end recruitment for senior and critical roles across corporate and plant functions.
· Strengthen employer branding initiatives and improve talent retention through engagement and growth opportunities.
· Ensure seamless on boarding and orientation for senior management hires.
3. Performance Management & Capability Development
· Drive performance management system implementation across the organization.
· Support goal setting, competency mapping, and appraisal processes.
· Identify learning needs and collaborate with stakeholders to design L&D interventions.
4. Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture
· Champion employee engagement initiatives at corporate and plant levels.
· Build a culture of transparency, collaboration, and recognition.
· Conduct organizational climate surveys and implement action plans for improvement.
5. Policy Development & Compliance
· Develop, review, and update HR policies in alignment with statutory laws and corporate standards.
· Ensure compliance with all labour regulations and internal governance norms.
· Guide and monitor HR compliance across multiple plant locations.
6. HR Operations & Analytics
· Oversee payroll processing, HRMS operations, and employee data management.
· Recommend improvements based on data insights and trends.
7. Coordination with Plant HR Teams
· Provide strategic direction and support to plant HR heads.
· Ensure consistent implementation of corporate HR policies and practices across all sites.
· Address and support in resolving IR issues, audits, and compliance challenges in coordination with unit HR.
8. Leadership & Team Development
· Lead, mentor, and develop the corporate HR team for high performance.
· Promote collaboration between corporate and plant HR teams.
· Drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the HR function.
Qualifications & Experience:
· MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
· 18+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or multi-plant setup.
· Experience in both strategic and operational HR management.
· In-depth knowledge of HR laws, systems, and industry best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
