Job description

Handle the recruitment process from posting of job till joining of an employee.

Facilitate the on boarding process of new hires, & ensure a smooth transition into the organisation.

Implementation of HR Policies & Procedures

Maintain Accurate & confidential employee records

Ensure daily monitoring of Attendance & timely preparation of Salary.

Ensure compliance of Labour laws / regulations of Shop and Manufacturing unit

Culture building and motivate employees towards the organisational goals.

Address employee queries in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure timely renewal of vehicle insurance, property tax, water tax, etc

Ensure periodic maintenance and renewal of AMC's of Office Equipment, generators, Air conditioners, Lifts,and Camera.

Ensure office, show room, and guest house are maintained in a clean & hygiene manner.

Plan & ensure the new hires are trained in a proper manner.

Candidate Profile
