Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle documentation (joining, confirmation, transfers, exits).
  • Maintain and control employee records, HRMS data, personal files, and statutory registers.
  • Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines.
  • Handle attendance, leave management, shift records, and monthly data validation.
  • Coordinate with finance and vendors for payroll processing, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, labor notices, audits).
  • Manage disciplinary actions, warning letters, and employee grievance processes.
  • Oversee office administration including facilities, housekeeping, security, transport, and vendor coordination.
  • Manage HR and admin MIS reports for management review.
  • Support audits and inspections related to HR and admin compliance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
