Rajbir Construction Pvt. Ltd. is a reputed infrastructure development company engaged in executing major NHAI and state highway projects under Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) and Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contracts. We focus on operational excellence, timely execution, and strong compliance management across our projects.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with a Civil Engineering background who can combine technical understanding with strong people and documentation management skills. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in HR operations, site administration, official correspondence, and a sound understanding of HAM and EPC contract structures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee manpower planning, recruitment, and deployment for multiple project sites.
  • Supervise attendance management, payroll coordination, and compliance under PF, ESI, BOCW, and labour laws.
  • Draft and vet official letters, correspondence, and contractual communications with NHAI, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate between project sites and head office for HR, administration, and contract-related matters.
  • Support the contracts department in maintaining documentation and records as per HAM/EPC contract requirements.
  • Ensure statutory and contractual compliance across all project locations.
  • Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and clients on HR and compliance-related issues.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and discipline systems tailored for project environments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources / Personnel Management / IR (preferred)
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in HR and site administration within construction / infrastructure companies
  • Proficient in letter drafting, official correspondence, and document control
  • Sound knowledge of NHAI procedures, HAM and EPC contracts, and construction project organization
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools
