Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize our HR operations function. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes including payroll, compliance, HR analytics, onboarding, offboarding, HRIS management, query resolution and entire employee lifecycle activities. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR operations, a passion for process improvement and automation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional employee experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Payroll Management

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Coordinate with finance and external vendors for payroll disbursement and statutory filings.
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee query resolutions.

2. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain and update HR policies in line with legal and organizational changes.
  • Manage audits and ensure timely submission of compliance reports.

3. HR Analytics & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, diversity, etc.).
  • Analyse HR metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve HR processes and employee engagement.

4. Onboarding & Offboarding

  • Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Manage timely background verification, documentation, pre induction, and orientation programs.
  • Oversee timely and accurate offboarding processes including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.

5. HRIS & Data Management

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Collaborate with IT and vendors for system enhancements and troubleshooting.

6. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support performance management, promotions, transfers, and other employee movements.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and queries.
  • Drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Qualification and Experience

· Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· 12 -15 years of experience in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

· Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll systems, and HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle).

· Expert in MS Excel and HR analytics tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹70,000.00 per month
