A. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring documentation accuracy and smooth employee experience.
- Manage employee evaluations, transfers, promotions, and separation workflow.
- Ensure employee records, files, and HRMS data are up-to-date and properly maintained.
- Monitor people care team tasks and ensure timely resolution within TAT.
B. Attendance, Payroll Support & HRMS
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift management; ensure data accuracy before payroll closure.
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly inputs, corrections, and escalations.
- Oversee HRMS modules (Spine HRMS) including configuration, updates, new implementations and issue resolution.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure data consistency between HRMS, payroll, and manual records.
C. Policy Implementation & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate statutory documentation – PF, ESI, Shops & Establishment, Gratuity, etc.
- Support internal and external audits, compliance reviews, and HR governance mechanisms.
D. Employee Engagement & Communication
- Support employee engagement programs, HR communication, welfare initiatives, and events.
- Handle grievance escalation, conduct HR counselling, and ensure positive employee relations.
- Coordinate surveys (ESS – Employee Satisfaction Survey) and assist in action planning.
E. Reporting & Analytics
- Prepare and publish HR dashboards – attendance, headcount, attrition, HR costs, MIS.
- Conduct root cause analysis for HR issues and propose improvements.
- Support automation initiatives and process improvements.
Qualifications
- MBA in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in HR Operations with 2 years of supervisory role.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, HRMS systems (Spine HRMS preferred).
- Must have good experience in MS Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Good understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and data accuracy orientation.
- Ability to manage deadlines, multitask, and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
