We are a diversified business group headquartered in Abu Dhabi, operating across multiple companies and expanding into new regions and international markets.
We are in a critical transformation phase, moving from a self-employee / founder-dependent structure to a fully system-driven, performance-based organization.
This role is not a conventional HR position.
It is a business-critical leadership role directly accountable to the Directors and Directors’ HR, not to employees.
Role Objective
To design, implement, enforce, and continuously improve a complete HR Operations framework that converts the organization into a system-driven, revenue-aligned, high-accountability enterprise.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic HR Operations (Ownership Role)
- Design and implement SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, HR policies, governance frameworks, and enforcement mechanisms
- Build a performance-first, revenue-linked HR operating model
- Ensure HR functions support business growth, profitability, and scalability
Workforce Performance & Accountability
- Establish performance measurement systems across all departments
- Conduct regular evaluations, performance reviews, and corrective actions
- Replace non-performing employees decisively without compromise or delay
Organizational Transformation
- Lead the transition from:
- Founder-dependent operations
- Individual-driven working styles

- Eliminate manual follow-ups, dependency culture, and productivity inconsistencyLeadership & Reporting
- Direct reporting to Directors / Directors’ HR
- Act as a business enabler, not an employee-centric HR administrator
- Work closely with leadership on structure, manpower planning, cost efficiency, and revenue alignment
Multi-Company & International Exposure
- Manage HR operations across multiple companies within the group
- Prepare systems for regional and international expansion
- Standardize HR frameworks while allowing business-specific flexibility
Ideal Candidate ProfileMandatory Experience
- Experience in small to mid-size companies where:
- Systems were built from scratch
- HR frameworks were implemented successfully
- Business results improved through structure and accountability
- Experience in revenue-driven or service-oriented organizations
Large corporate or purely administrative HR experience is not a priority.Mindset & Attributes
