Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for managing and implementing human resource policies and practices to support academic and administrative functions of the university. The role ensures effective recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and staff development in line with institutional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of academic and non-academic staff.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
  • Oversee performance management, appraisals, promotions, and disciplinary matters.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate training, professional development, and faculty support programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HEC requirements, and institutional standards.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, payroll coordination, and reporting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in HRM, Management, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and academic environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
