Overview
    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead key HR projects and initiatives across multiple functions, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Induction, and HR Policy Development. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing HR frameworks and best practices on a global platform, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.

Responsibilities
    Key Responsibilities:
    1. HR Policy & Governance
    Develop, review, and update the company’s HR policy handbook, ensuring compliance with local and global regulations.
    Standardize HR processes across regions and implement best practices for policy communication and adherence.
    2. Compensation & Benefits
    Support the design and administration of compensation structures, salary benchmarking, and benefits programs.
    Collaborate with leadership to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures across geographies.
    3. Performance Management
    Drive the performance management process including goal-setting, appraisal frameworks, and performance analytics.
    Partner with business leaders to ensure alignment of individual and organizational objectives.
    4. Employee Engagement & Induction
    Design and implement employee engagement initiatives that promote a positive work culture.
    Manage new hire induction and onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of employees into the organization.
    5. HR Projects & Strategic Initiatives
    Lead cross-functional HR projects, including digital HR transformation and global HR system rollouts.
    Drive change management initiatives to support business objectives.
    6. Communication & Stakeholder Management
    Act as a key liaison between HR and business teams, ensuring effective communication of HR policies and initiatives.
    Conduct sessions, workshops, and policy communication programs.

    Required Skills & Competencies:
    Strong knowledge of HR policies, compensation frameworks, and performance management systems.
    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
    Experience working on global HR platforms and handling multi-country HR processes.
    Ability to manage multiple projects with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

    Education & Experience:
    Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
    Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 3-4 years in managing HR projects, policy development, and C&B.
    Experience in corporate HR roles (industry-agnostic) with global exposure preferred.
