We are hiring a
Key Account Manager – International E-commerce
to lead our marketplace growth across global platforms, with a strong focus on
Amazon (US, EU, MENA, SEA)
. This role is ideal for someone who has a deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem, consumer behavior, and performance-led e-commerce strategies.
1.
Amazon Marketplace Ownership
-
Own end-to-end P&L for Amazon Global Selling across priority regions:
US, EU, GCC, UK, SEA, etc.

Develop and implement strategies for visibility, conversions, promotions, pricing, and full-funnel growth.
2.
Performance Marketing & Advertising

Build and optimize AMS campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, DSP).

Improve ROAS and reduce ACOS through targeted keyword bidding, audience segmentation, and performance iteration.
3.
Content & SEO Optimization

Lead content excellence for Amazon PDPs: titles, bullets, images, A+ content, brand stores.

Use
Helium10, JungleScout, Seller Central
and other tools to improve keyword density, search ranking, and visibility.

Conduct regular A/B testing on creatives, pricing, and copy to improve conversion and relevance.
4.
Analytics & Reporting

Track performance metrics including traffic, sales, CTR, CVR, returns, reviews, and ads efficiency.

Leverage data-driven insights to recommend optimizations on assortment mix, price packs, and seasonal strategies.
5.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Supply Chain to ensure timely replenishment, reduce DOH risks, and forecast accurately for Amazon warehouses.

Partner with Brand, Finance, and Content teams to align catalog priorities and marketing campaigns.

Build strong relationships with Amazon category and vendor managers across regions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in
Business, E-commerce, Marketing
, or related field; MBA preferred.

3–5 years’ experience
in managing Amazon marketplace for a consumer brand, preferably in international markets.

Strong knowledge of
Amazon Seller Central, Brand Analytics, AMS tools
, bidding strategy, and keyword discovery.

Skilled in analytics, forecasting, and P&L ownership.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
